EXPLICIT CONSENT

I acknowledge and declare that I give my explicit consent for my personal data (name, surname, contact information, email address, phone number, event photos, face data within the scope of face liveness verification and face recognition, account information and preferences, usage data, analytical information, transaction security, legal transaction, location, visual and audio recordings, etc.) to be processed by Checkmate in a manner that is connected, limited and proportionate to the principles and purposes specified in the "CHECKMATE Disclosure Text"; for the performance of the contract for the service provided by Checkmate; for the planning and execution of activities necessary to increase the user experience of the products and services provided by Checkmate and to recommend and introduce them to relevant persons customized according to their preferences, usage habits and needs; for the benefit of relevant persons from the products and services provided by Checkmate and for the necessary work to be carried out by our business units and the execution of related business processes to increase the experience of these users; for ensuring the legal, technical and commercial operational security of Checkmate and relevant persons in a business relationship with Checkmate; for the necessary work to be carried out by our business units and the execution of related business processes for the realization of commercial activities carried out by Checkmate; for the planning and execution of Checkmate's commercial and/or business strategies; for my biometric data regarding my face data to be processed in accordance with the general principles in Article 4 and the conditions in Article 6 of Law No. 6698 for the purposes of ensuring account security, preventing fake accounts, automatically recognizing and tagging users in event photos, and improving user experience; and for my personal data to be shared/transferred with Checkmate's domestic and foreign subsidiaries, shareholders, business partners, and legally authorized public institutions and private persons in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, based on the purposes and legal grounds detailed in the Disclosure Text.
