Delivery and Return Terms

1. Scope
These Delivery and Return Terms apply to digital services purchased through the Mateup platform (photo credit packages and related products). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital Service Description
Mateup does not sell physical products. All our services are entirely digital:
- Photo credit packages (200, 500, 1000+ credits)
- AI-powered photo matching and delivery service
- Platform access and event management tools
3. Delivery
Our digital services are delivered instantly. After payment confirmation:
- Purchased photo credits are immediately credited to your account
- Credits are valid for 12 months
- You can track your credit balance in real time through the platform
- No physical delivery or shipping process is involved
4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Under distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw before delivery of digital content. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- After credits have been credited to your account and made available for use
- After any photo upload or credit usage has occurred
- After the service has been initiated with user consent
For unused credits, refund requests may be considered within 14 days of the purchase date, provided no credits have been used. Refund requests must be sent via email to info@mateup.co.
5. Refunded Credits
When a refund is approved, the transaction will be reversed or refunded to the payment method used (credit card, debit card, etc.). The refund process may take up to 14 business days.
6. Technical Issues
If payment is completed but credits are not credited to your account, please contact our support team immediately. For verified transactions, credits will be credited within 24 hours at the latest.
7. Changes
These Delivery and Return Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced by posting on this page.
