Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties
SELLER (Service Provider): Checkmate Future / Mateup — Porta Vadi T-3 Blok No: 44, 34398 Hamidiye Mah. Cendere Cad., Kağıthane, Istanbul — Turkey. Email: info@mateup.co
BUYER (Customer): The individual or legal entity who is a member of the Mateup platform and purchases services.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital services (photo credit packages and related products) ordered by the BUYER through the mateup.co platform owned by the SELLER and accepted by the SELLER. The agreement is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and distance selling regulations.
3. Service Description
The SELLER provides the following digital services:
- Photo credit packages (200, 500, 1000+ credit options)
- AI-powered photo matching and automatic delivery service
- Event management, QR ticketing, and check-in infrastructure
- Platform access and mobile application usage
1 (one) credit corresponds to the right to upload 1 (one) photo. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. Price and Payment
The service fee is determined by the price displayed on the platform at the time of order. Prices include VAT. Payment is collected immediately via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods offered on the platform. Services are not delivered until payment is completed.
5. Order and Confirmation
The BUYER is obliged to read and approve the product/service information, price, and payment terms when placing an order through the platform. Order confirmation occurs when the BUYER clicks the "Purchase" or similar button and completes the payment. The SELLER notifies the BUYER of order confirmation by email.
6. Delivery
Digital services are credited to the BUYER's account immediately after payment confirmation. No physical delivery or shipping process is involved. Delivery is deemed complete when the BUYER logs into the platform and can view their credit balance.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract before delivery of digital content without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. However, under applicable law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has been initiated with the BUYER's consent (credits have been credited to the account and made available for use). 8. Complaints and Objections
The BUYER may submit complaints and objections by email to info@mateup.co. The SELLER is obliged to respond to applications within 30 days at the latest. Consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts are also authorized.
9. Personal Data
The BUYER's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. Data necessary for the performance of the contract is stored by the SELLER and not shared with third parties.
10. General Provisions
In cases not covered by this agreement, applicable consumer protection laws, distance selling regulations, and commercial law provisions shall apply. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
