You may submit your applications within the scope of your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law to the Company by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address you have previously notified to the Company and which is registered in our systems.

- Your name, surname and signature if your application is in writing,
- For Turkish Republic citizens: T.C. identity number; for foreigners: nationality, passport number or identity number if any,
- Residence or workplace address for service,
- If any: electronic mail address, phone and fax number for notification,
- Subject of the request.
Responding to your applications is free of charge as a rule. However, if the response to be given requires a cost, a fee may be requested within the limits of the relevant regulations.
